CIG Workplace Safety & Emergency Safety Systems
CIG Workplace Safety & Emergency Safety Systems
POINT A - B
Every role has its instructions
Main
Daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly
Point A - B instructions. Breaks & Emergency exit effort with meeting place using Emergency Safety Standards aligned with partial to full automation efforts
Tasks timed with recording audits
Efforts to monitor how long a task takes & efficiency for performance
Digital + physical effort with Ghost Audits & screen recording
Natural & man-made disasters & hazards including weapons violence with entrance controls
This effort filters into through all In-House brands consistently
Easy. Easy to learn
A minimum of 2 weeks off annual
A minimum of 1 day off weekly & maximum 4 days over 8 hours a week & 4-8 hours (daily hours) otherwise even with a secondary position & side hustle for a private life to enjoy interests or activities then events or holidays
Vacation affordability options can.be integrated into an annual plan like for holidays or events (to look forward too)
Crafted people find ways to earn savings, retirement savings then manage debt or income streams then budgets with a taxation strategy
Dependent packages to assist in expenses
Learn slow. Then faster & remember then words & structure to use
NEW MONTAGE RULES UP TO 30 YEARS
Singular or dual mortgages or Corporate loan equivalent mortgages exist for couples or singles even with co-signer
Now a new format of shared peers hip with up to 4-6 people on a property doing shared where under terms they can rent out a room space & common space or live in will be the norm as an additive for 2026-2030 & onward
$0.00 - 20% down-payment options
Some stretch loans with deferral efforts will be approved outside of experimental "test markets"
This with multiple tiered housing efforts allows out anti-homelessness accumulative effort with the basic needs - earned privilege effort
Rentals serve purpose for travellers or temporary term work positions while this new format creates a home base to return to or an investment opportunity
Some people need or prefer rural or town, city & urban larger metropolitan city
EASY PROFESSIONAL LIFE
Chores at home nope. Like school with structure & engaging efforts + some lounge, learning & entertainment then events quarterly & annually
Like school just a pay cheque + resources connected especially for a independent & team effort for production
CIG has internal - external resources including education & training
C/M AWD TO FWD
Front drive engagers are simple
On shafts there is a connector which can at idle contract within & extend out with a manual mechanical effort digitally & manually controlled
Contracts in = disconnected
Contracts out = connected
Two (not hallow) pipes pull in & lock or push out & lock. It works. Simple. Easy. Efficient
Axels still spin yet no accelerant force from drive lines
Inspired by Team Associated TC3 & TC4 RC 1:10 Tour Racing (as described in H.I.3 not marketing or public material). H.I.3 is a 4-5 month Trial
We have the suspension shock area connecting to arms then he drive axel connected to wheel section where we control alignment & any tow in or tow out on all models. Front - rear
Steering arms secondly are connected

Whether to "toe in" or "toe out" depends on the vehicle's purpose, with toe-in generally used for rear-wheel-drive vehicles and high-speed stability, and toe-out preferred for front-wheel-drive vehicles to improve turn-in response and cornering. Toe is a wheel alignment setting where the tires point slightly inward (toe-in) or outward (toe-out) when viewed from above.
Toe-In
• What it is: The front of the tires points slightly inward towards each other.
• Benefits: Provides greater straight-line stability, making it ideal for high-speed driving.
• Common Use: Often found on the front wheels of rear-wheel-drive vehicles to counteract the tendency of the front wheels to spread apart under forward force.
Toe-Out
• What it is: The front of the tires points slightly outward away from each other.
• Benefits: Improves steering responsiveness and helps to reduce understeer (the tendency for a car to push wide on a corner), making it better for cornering.
• Common Use: Typically used on the front wheels of front-wheel-drive vehicles to compensate for the inward pull created by the wheels' driving torque during acceleration.
Factors Affecting the Decision
• Drive Type:
Front-wheel-drive (FWD) often benefits from toe-out, while rear-wheel-drive (RWD) uses toe-in for stability.
• Driving Conditions:
Toe-out is useful for technical circuits with frequent cornering, while toe-in is better for high-speed circuits and straight-line stability.
• Desired Handling:
Toe-out can make a car more agile for cornering, while toe-in makes it more stable in a straight line.
Consequences of Incorrect Toe Settings
• Uneven Tire Wear:
Excessive toe-in causes wear on the outside of the tires, while excessive toe-out leads to wear on the inside.
• Poor Steering Feel:
Incorrect toe alignment can make the steering feel unstable or require constant correction from the driver.

C/M AUTO METERING
Capped tiered metering is partially CIG & K.T with Government controlled effort with automotive
If we do not have to meter we will not
Metered is based on gasoline or diesel replaced with a small miniscule R&D fee then the same tax on Alberta fuel (or similar in another province or State in other countries or Canada)
This cuts expenses aligned under EV plug & charge rates as an attractive transition
C/M AUTO BODIES
Internal - In-House efforts then externals contracted including Online Presence & Offline
A misconception on front - rear C/M autonomy designs sees uncut foam unfit for external display with a sh*tty wrap mesh then logo. Amateur sh*t
Instead the area traditionally metal painted body work front - rear is replaced with an equivalent foam option with mesh & lighting connected. Same appearance style asthetically yet different materials
